Time flies and we have entered 2024. And I had joined Colorkrew for 3 months.
I am filled with excitement for what the future holds.

My last job was as the director of a multinational e-commerce company.
Although the company has gone public, it still maintains the atmosphere of a start-up company.That is also the reason I decided to join Colorkrew.

First Impressions:

Colorkrew is a very global company with employees from more than 20 different countries.It is very rare in Japanese companies.
I was welcomed with open arms by my friendly coworkers from the first day I entered the company and felt the energy of the whole team.

Projects and Tasks:

I joined the security project team. As a partner of Microsoft Japan,
the team has made outstanding achievements in the security industry.
In order to take the company to a higher level, we are plan to make new products to create value.It’s a new challenge for me because I need to learn a lot of new technologies and knowledge. I am passionate about learning new things.

Team Collaboration:

Since the resources are limited, the whole team is trying to be efficient.
Innovation is the key to success, so everyone will express their opinions on the project without reservation.

Office Culture:

Events like the Welcome Party and Joyful Fridays showcase the open and flat workplace culture, fostering strong bonds among colleagues.
The “GO TO LUNCH”and “GO TO DRINK” strengthens “kizuna” among colleagues.

Future Goals:

There are a lot of new technologies such as AI and machine learning.
Our goals is to make outstanding products with new technologies to protect our customers’ security information.

In just three short months, I’ve already learned so much. I can’t wait to see what new challenges and opportunities lie ahead as we work together. It’s clear to me that this is just the beginning of an incredible adventure, and I am eager to contribute to the ongoing success of this remarkable team.
