To all new graduates

Those who want to work for a world-changing startup from Japan?

Starting your career as a new graduate is one of the most important life events for many people.

Over the past 30 years, countries around the world have accelerated their economic ties, leading to globalization.

Meanwhile, politically, the world has changed from the relatively stable international situation of the latter half of the 20th century to the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) era, due to the confrontation between liberal capitalism and former communist countries and the increasing presence of the Global South.

Against this backdrop, we sincerely hope that all of you who are about to become members of society from students will take the first step in career development to thrive in society.

Now, what should be the criteria for choosing a company?

In the 20th century, joining a large company in your home country and getting a stable job was the most durable and high career option.

However, times have changed, and now companies no longer guarantee a person’s lifetime stability.

First, you should look for an environment where you can get a job and grow quickly from day one.

At the same time, you should consider, “What kind of mission and vision should I join?”

Think if you can relate to the vision of the company you are joining.

Colorkrew’s vision is “Color Your Work with Excitement”.

We are bringing talent from around the world to produce products that enrich the lives of people who work globally and around the world.

Colorkrew was originally a client business company for the Japanese market, and until a few years ago, had no in-house products. Our global business is still in its infancy.

In 2020, Colorkrew started working on its products in earnest with the new vision mentioned above. Already, Colorkrew Biz has the top share of free-address management products in the Japanese market.

Our goal is to deliver products to improve the quality of work for workers worldwide.

Already, the majority of our development members are non-Japanese. Tech leads for all of Colorkrew’s products are people from overseas as well. Currently, the percentage of non-Japanese is about 25%. We will continue to hire regardless of nationality and expect the percentage of non-Japanese will exceed more than 50% in 5 years.

For those who share Colorkrew’s vision and want to challenge the world. Let’s work together to create a better world.
